For a cosier, abundant affair, snuggle up by the fireside in The Hilyard. Our Chef

Emma is a passionate produce-driven chef, celebrating and showcasing the best regional and seasonal foods, including ingredients grown in our own kitchen garden. Emma has more plans afoot with the introduction of hens to the garden to lay eggs for the freshest English breakfast and the planting of many more crops, as well as putting on more cookery demos in the gatehouse and lots of lovely foodie events... watch this space!
